This is a really cool book by Drew Barrymore where she shows how love and happiness can be found anywhere you look , it's just depends on how you are looking at. Change your view and see what you discover. Changing how I looked at things for sure helped me get over the past and see it as a growing experience ( a gift from The Lord )
